Shop Pilates

We offer reformer Pilates, mat, yoga and strength classes including physio-led postnatal and a mum’s and bubs mat class. Shop is a safe space for all bodies. We actively create an environment free from exclusion, whether subtle or overt, and work to ensure our classes feel respectful, inclusive, and supportive to everyone who walks through the door.
